The Secure Command Loader now also searches the "/_cmd" directory in the users UMC when looking for a command. This allows a user to reduce the clutter of quick access files. See "expl cmdl".
The "Omit=" and "Select=" options can now test for busy files. See "expl files".
The BW command now has options to restrict the set of jobs being searched. See "expl bw".

FRED SYMBOL is a new utility for producing a BOFF symbol table from a GELOAD load map. This is particularly useful when debugging a program that uses overlays. Type "fred expl symbols" for more information.
YAY now supports a new macro named YYSHIFT. This is defined to be null (generating no output), but can be redefined by the user. YYSHIFT is called by the generated parser whenever a token is used by a shift operation. For further information, see the YAY manual.
The new batch version of LODL is larger than previous versions. Users will probably have to specify
$ limits ,25k
in the JCL, after the $PROGRAM statement. For further information, see "expl lodl batch".
