LW_DVALUE - add Dvalue to output directive being built.

Usage:

#include <ld.h>
lw_dvalue(dval);

Where:

ld_dvalue dval;

is the Dvalue that you want to write.

Description:

"lw_dvalue" writes a Dvalue to the output directive currently being built.
