LR_DVALUE - read a Dvalue from LD input file.

Usage:

#include <ld.h>
dval = lr_dvalue();

Where:

ld_dvalue dval;

is the Dvalue that was read from the LD file.

Description:

"lr_dvalue" reads a Dvalue from the current input file.
