ACCLIB - access the system libraries.

Usage:

B:
   acclib();

C:
   void acclib(void);

Description:

ACCLIB accesses the primary and secondary system libraries under the AFT names of "l*" and "*l". If any errors occur, it prints an appropriate message and calls EXIT.

Note that you cannot use ACCLIB in batch.
