Items to Check & Initial Completion:
1.___ Check curbs, gutters for cracks, breaks, alignment, damaged tops, and
adequacy of expansion joints.
2.___ Check expansion joints for sufficient joint filler, proper bonding filler,
and foreign material in joints.
3.___ Check ridge pavements for spalling, cracks, depressions, scaling, buckling
and damage.
4.___ Check flexible pavements for grooving, shoving, raveling, bleeding, burned
areas, depressions and damage.
5.___ Check brick and stone for depressions, loose or missing parts and grout or
bedding bleeding.
6.___ Check gravel, cinder, shell, slag and stabilized soil for breaks, potholes,
deterioration or damage.
7.___ Check marking for legibility.
