1. ___ Check and clean fan assembly
2. ___ Lube fan and motor bearings
3. ___ Inspect drive and load sheaves - report condition
4. ___ Check and tighten all support items. Check motor
mounts and vibration isolators
5. ___ Check motor operating condition - take amp.
reading
6. ___ Check all electrical connections and condition of
contactors
7. ___ Lube and adjust associated dampers and linkage.
Use silicone-based lubricants.
8. ___ Check fan for alignment and vibration
9. ___ Check filter(s)
