Units of Measure

The Units of Measure table records the various units of measure that are used for meters and for different types of inventory items. The most common unit of measure is "Each", for materials that come as individual items (for example, light bulbs). Other common units of measure might be:

Pounds
Kilograms
Gallons
Liters
Yards
Meters

Note: MainBoss often abbreviates "Units of Measure" to UOM.
