Changing the Scheduling Basis for Multiple Unit Maintenance Plans

The scheduling basis for a unit maintenance plan is when MainBoss should start the clock ticking for scheduling future tasks. For more details, see Selecting a Scheduling Basis.

You can set the scheduling basis for multiple unit maintenance plans by clicking Correct Missing Schedule Basis in any window that displays multiple unit maintenance plans.This button opens a window that contains the following:

Unit Maintenance Plan: A multi-select window that lets you specify the maintenance plans whose basis you want to set.

New Scheduling Basis: The date or meter reading that should serve as the basis for future task scheduling.

Comments: Any comments you want to record (e.g. an explanation of why a particular date was chosen as the scheduling basis).

Save Scheduling Basis: Assigns the specified scheduling basis to all the selected unit maintanence plans.

Close: Closes the window. This button only appears after you've saved changes with Save or before you've entered any data at all. Otherwise, the button is labeled Cancel.
