GETENV - get value of environment variable.
(ANSI Standard -- do nothing)
value = getenv(name);
- char *name;
- is the name of an environment variable.
- char *value;
- is the ASCII representation of the value associated with
the variable. If the variable is not currently defined,
the NULL pointer is returned.
"getenv" is provided by this implementation for ANSI
compatibility. It always returns NULL, because environment
variables are not supported by GCOS8.
