LW_ULONG - add a ULONG to output directive being built.

Usage:

#include <ld.h>
lw_ulong(ul);

Where:

unsigned long ul;

is the ULONG value that you want to write.

Description:

"lw_ulong" writes a ULONG value to the output directive that is currently being built.
