DM - defer messages from the DN8.

Description:

When DM is issued, all dialog messages from the DN8 itself are deferred, provided that the DMON parameter is specified in the DV command in the configuration. If the DMON parameter is not specified, local dialog messages are discarded.

A maximum of four messages can be deferred. If a fifth message is deferred, the oldest message is discarded.
