APL - change APL translation mode.

Usage:

APL ON
APL OFF

Description:

The APL command is only applicable to the AJ832 APL terminal. When APL ON is in effect, the Terminal Manager translates I/O into APL characters. When APL OFF is in effect, no such translation takes place. The default is OFF.
