DRL USERID (octal 31) - pass userid and priority.

Usage:

drl    userid
zero   ptr,0

Where:

ptr
is a pointer to the eighth word of the user's SMC. This word indicates whether or not the user is a legal LODX, LODS, or CARDIN user, and gives the urgency for a CARDIN user.

Description:

DRL USERID is for the exclusive use of the NEW subsystem. The userid is specified in the AQ register. The priority is specified in X0 and X1 contains either zero or a pointer to a charge number. This charge number can be from 1-12 characters. The information specified in "ptr" and the registers is passed to the executive via DRL USERID in order to initialize a User Status Table (UST).
