DRL SWPGRD (octal -1) - switch program descriptors.

This DRL no longer exists. Programs containing DRL SWPRGD calls must be recompiled. There is a B function named S.PRGD which switches the program descriptors using a DRL T.EXEC. The function takes the name of one program as its argument and returns the name of the subsystem where you end up.
