B/MANIF/TSSERRS defines the symbolic names for the TSS error codes. Generally these are not particularly interesting since they are just of the form ".ERRdd", where "dd" is the number of the error. The most useful symbol is .ERRMX which defines the maximum error code for this release of TSS.
Before SR2500, these symbols were defined by the TSCOM manifest file, so programs that need to be compiled on releases earlier than SR2500 may also need to include B/MANIF/TSCOM.
