TSSDEV - symbolic names for remote devices.

Description:

B/MANIF/TSSDEV defines the symbolic names for the remote terminal type codes. These are the device type codes returned by DRL TERMTP.

Notes:

Before SR2500, these symbols were defined by the UST manifest file, so programs that need to be compiled on releases earlier than SR2500 may also need to include B/MANIF/UST.

Some of these names are hopelessly out of date. .DV04 (terminal type 5) was the name for the old 4 line VIP760. Terminal code 5 is now used for one of the CII Questar terminals.
