T_CTRL defines manifests for use with various date/time functions. It defines the bit masks used for option flags by .TLANG and .TOSEC, and status bits by .TOSEC. It also defines the size and offset manifests for a time structure as produced by .TM and used by .TMFMT and .MKTIME.
