SSA - offsets and bit masks for the Slave Service Area.

B/MANIF/SSA defines manifests for the offsets to the data in the SSA (PH.SSA) segment. These are mostly of the form ".Sxxxx" (e.g. .STATE).

The file also defines bit masks, and values for the information in these locations (e.g. .TRELC in the .STATE word).
