PRDES - manifests for the subsystem program descriptors.

Description:

B/MANIF/PRDES defines symbolic names for the subsystem descriptors returned by DRL PRGDES.

Notes:

Before SR2500, this did not include the names for the subsystem permission bits. These were formerly defined by B/MANIF/UST, so programs that need to be compiled on earlier releases may also need to include B/MANIF/UST.

In addition, the manifest that defines the length of a program descriptor is still defined with the UST manifests.
