PATSEG - offsets and bit masks for PAT segment.

B/MANIF/PATSEG defines manifests for the offsets to the data in the PAT (PH.PAT) segment. These are mostly of the form ".Pxxxx" (e.g. .PNPAT).

The file also defines bit masks, and values for the information in these locations (e.g. .FPTOF in a pat pointer word.)
