COMREG - offsets and bit masks for communication region.

Description:

B/MANIF/COMREG defines manifests for the offsets to the data in the GCOS communication region (SD.CR segment). These are mostly of the form ".Cxxxx" (e.g. .CRSCT).

The file also defines bit masks, and values for the information in these locations (e.g. .FSENV in .CRFIG).
