B/MANIF/BUSY defines the symbolic names for the access type codes B_QUERY, B_READC, B_READ, B_WRITEC and B_WRITE that are returned by the SYSLIB routine F.CBSY. It also defines MAX_BUSY for the maximum number of busy words that can be returned.
