TTYINP - terminal input only.

Description:

An EXTRN reference to "ttyinp" suppresses loading of routines to read files. It is still possible to write files, but the program is restricted to reading from the terminal.

Note that if "ttyinp" is used, it is not possible to append to a file. This means a user will not be able to specify "Append to file" when redirecting standard output on the command line.
