DRLTAB - vector of DRL names.

Description:

DRLTAB is a B vector of BCD words with the names of the TSS DRL's. It is indexed by the DRL number.

The two words immediately following DRLTAB contain control information describing the table:

1[&drltab]

is a positive number giving the upper subscript bound.

2[&drltab]

is a negative number giving the lower subscript bound.
