RC - release a catalog (and its substructure).

Usage:

acce rc catname

Description:

The RC function of ACCESS deletes a catalog from your file structure. Before releasing the catalog entry itself, ACCESS first deletes all the files and catalogs subordinate to the catalog being deleted and returns the freed space to the system.
