Usage:

acce ls pathname

Description:

The LS function of ACCESS displays the attributes of a file or catalog. The "pathname" is the name of the file or catalog you wish to examine.

ACCESS will provide the following information about "pathname":

name
date created
date changed
last date accessed
number of accesses
maximum file size
current file size
file type (random, linked, or I-D-S)
device
general permissions

subsystem type and needed privileges

Obviously, some of these are applicable only to files. Note that the password (if any) is never shown.
