29/Jun/98 - Additions to C lib
In accordance with the latest working draft of the ANSI standard, the following changes
have been made:
- The %a and %A formats have been added to printf
and related functions to support the output of floating point numbers in hexadecimal
format.
- scanf and related functions support a new %a
format for reading %a and %A values written by printf.
The strtod function also supports the new format.
- The snprintf function has been added. This is similar to sprintf but lets you specify a maximum length n.
