Anita visits Paul (or vice versa)

otherwise known as "the drive from hell"

My beloved and I decided that it was time we shared the drive from hell with all our friends and strangers out here on the Web. So, we've spent time scanning and scribbling and generally trying to get our stuff together so that we can share the "drive from hell ".

Since this is my page, I'm going to start with my direction. Remember, both Paul and I did this both ways. (Yeah..I know..duh)

Kitchener I start off in Kitchener-Waterloo. Then, loaded with good tunes and a small basket of goodies, I'll start off on what will be "the drive from hell" (and yes, we really do call it that).

I get myself and my car of wonders off down to the Highway 401, one of the busiest highways in Ontario. The only one busier, as far as I can tell is the Highway 400, during cottage season.

Heading west on the 401, I reconcile myself to two things.

  1. The highway will have construction over at least 25% of the way I'm going.
  2. There are no lights on this highway. It gets annoying at night..

And off I go until.... I come to the city of London.

Drive time for this section: 1 hour
Total drive time: 1 hour

This is all very interesting, Anita, but I want out.
